How much does the venue cost?

The base rental price is $3,000. This includes use of the entire grounds, set up of dining tables and chairs, all extra tables you request and clean up of the venue. With your rental, you also get the day before, of, and after your wedding day to decorate and remove your items. All labor is included.

Can we have an onsite ceremony?

We love nothing more than when our wedding couples choose to celebrate their ENTIRE day with us! For an additional $850.00 you can opt for an on-site ceremony. This cost includes the outdoor ceremony arbor, white ceremony chairs. Chairs are delivered, you set up to your liking, and leave them for QLZ Rentals to pick up! You also get our newly remodeled year round climate controlled bridal suite featuring three rooms. One room with hair and makeup stations, mirrors and couches. Another room with a coffee bar (coffee IS included!), bar top, and refrigerator. The last room is a private changing room with a three fold mirror and private bathroom!

Are decorations included?

We provide you with a blank slate for you to build your dream wedding-whether it be rustic, modern, boho, or anything in-between! If you took a peek at the photos, The Wedding Gallery out of Medford decorated nearly every one of those weddings. They are the most highly recommended decorators around! How do we reserve our date?

Simple! We require a $750 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. This can be completed online or in person!

Do you provide food?

With so many amazing caterers, we leave the food to the pros! You get to choose whichever caterer you prefer! We LOVE working with BS Bar and Catering!

How do I go about tablecloths, plates, napkins, and other tableware items?

We have that ALL covered for you. For $3.00 per guest, we take care of everything on your tabletops. This includes tablecloths, folded cloth napkins, silverware, salt and pepper shakers, and use of our ceramic plates. Everything mentioned here is set up for you, and again cleaned up for you, the only thing left to add to your tables are your centerpieces! Colored options are available for NO additional cost!

I’m not familiar with your venue, can I tour it?

Absolutely! It’s best to email us your information from the “Book an Event” tab and we can set up a tour date, free of charge! We like to have you tour the venue when we are set up for a wedding so you can get a really good idea of what your special day could look like. However, we will make a tour work around YOUR schedule. After all, this whole wedding process is about YOU! Virtual tours are also available.

Can you help guide us to other vendors, like caterers and photographers?

Yes! Being involved in the wedding industry for nearly a decade, we have worked with pretty much every local vendor there is. When choosing your photographers, caterers, decorators, florists, cake decorator, DJ, and planner, your venue is the best place to ask! We usually have the most experience with them and can attest to their consistency, punctuality, and delivery! Head over to the “Partnered Businesses” page for a few of our favorites. Keep in mind, you are still welcome to pick whoever you would like!

How many people do you seat?

We offer round tables with eight guests per table. Comfortably, we seat around 275 guests in the dining area and can seat up to an additional 20+ for your head table.

Are we allowed to take photos on your property?

Absolutely! One of our favorite things about our venue is how we are located just 2 miles from the city of Medford, but you really get the Northwoods feel by us. We overlook a beautiful golf course on one side and wooded tree lines on the other side. From our beautiful stone and wood patio, you get an amazing backdrop for your photos! Even better, you have access to ponds and the Little Black River via the golf course next door.

How much will my bar bill cost?

You are in charge of your big day and we want you to have the ability to customize your day as you want! Roughly 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding, we sit down together and go over what YOU want. Some couples choose free tap beer and soda for their guests, while others choose to have open bar all night! In between, you can offer open bar for just family and wedding party, a cocktail hour before dinner, or free signature drinks only! The choice is yours and we are here to guide you along the way! Our bar is fully stocked with wine, spirits, Pepsi products, and tap beer of your choice.

How do we go about bartenders?

Legally and professionally, we must provide the staff for behind the bar. Our team of bartenders are AMAZING! In fact, they are the reason that some of our yearly events started coming to us consistently instead of other venues! Our staff is experienced, funny, and FAST!

I’m associated with a business, do you rent out the venue for other types of events?

We sure do! In fact, almost half of our bookings are from businesses and private events! Our pricing for business or personal events depends on the type of event you want to host.
